Current Internship Positions

Customer Success Manager

We are seeking remote-working Internship-to-Employment candidates for our positions of Customer Success Manager (CSM) for “The Works from Forceworks” business offering. Prior technical knowledge is not required, but the ability to learn semi-technical skills is necessary.

During your 60-day internship, you will be exposed to professional training to help you pass and receive two Microsoft Certifications. First is the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals designation.

Candidates for this exam aspire to improve productivity by understanding the capabilities of the Power Platform, automating basic business processes with Power Automate, performing basic data analysis with Power BI, acting more effectively by creating simple Power Apps experiences, and creating powerful chatbots by using Power Virtual Agents.

Upon completing the first certification, you will move to a Customer-facing role acting as a liaison to our internal Team. At the same time, you train to achieve the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate designation.

We cover the costs for exams.

Upon the successful achievement of both of these certifications, you may be offered a part-time or permanent position to join our team as a Forceworks Customer Success Manager.

A Customer Success Manager (CSM) will work directly with the users of two or more of our customers who have subscribed to our “The Works from Forceworks” subscription service. The CSM is the first point of contact for any users in a Customer Organization seeking support, training, customizations, etc., all of which are outlined here. A successful CSM will be cheerful, courteous, eager, helpful, and responsive. A CSM is paired with two or more Forceworks internal expert resources to draw upon as needed.

An ideal candidate will be motivated to learn and use their learnings to perfectly accomplish satisfying as many of their customers’ requests for help and assistance as they can. A CSM will not attempt nor be expected to perform tasks they are not certified for; instead, they will engage the internal resources.

Since most of our customers are based in the U.S., while being a native English speaker is not required, English fluency to a level that a native English-speaking customer can clearly understand the CSM is necessary.

"The Works" Sales Associate

We are seeking remote-working Internship-to-Employment candidates for our positions of Sales Associate (SA) for “The Works from Forceworks” business offering.

During your 60-day internship, you will be engaging with new potential customers for our offering. For the first 30 days, you may be focused on initial qualifying of customer inquiries and setting up online meetings where you will shadow a sales expert. After 30 days, you may be handling the online meetings by yourself. After the 60-day internship, you may be offered a part-time or permanent position on our team as a Forceworks Sales Associate.

A successful SA will need a clear understanding of the offering and the ability to convey our value proposition to non-technical businesspeople. Good knowledge of business “generally” is necessary, and the ability to learn enough about the prospect’s business to determine if they are a fit for the offering. We do not use, promote, or reward aggressive sales tactics.

Since most of our customers are based in the U.S., while being a native English speaker is not required, English fluency to a level that a native English-speaking customer can clearly understand the SA is necessary.

Marketing Functional Consultant Associate

We are seeking remote-working Internship-to-Employment candidates for our positions of Marketing Specialist (CMS) for “The Works from Forceworks” business offering. Prior technical knowledge is not required, but the ability to learn semi-technical skills is necessary.

During your 60-day internship, you will be exposed to professional training to help you pass and receive the Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant Associate designation. After the 60-day internship, you may be offered a part-time or permanent position on our team as a Forceworks Marketing Specialist.

A Marketing Specialist will work in support of a Customer Success Manager as an Internal Expert engaging directly with the users of two or more of our customers who have subscribed to our “The Works from Forceworks” subscription service and have selected Dynamics 365 Marketing. 

An ideal candidate will be motivated to learn and use their learnings to perfectly accomplish satisfying as many of their customers’ marketing-related requests for help and assistance as they can. A CMS will not attempt nor be expected to perform tasks they are not certified for; instead, they will engage the CSM or other internal resources.

Since most of our customers are based in the U.S., while being a native English speaker is not required, English fluency to a level that a native English-speaking customer can clearly understand the CMS is necessary.

RapidStart CRM Specialist

We are seeking remote-working Internship-to-Employment candidates for our positions of RapidStart CRM Specialist (RCS) for “The Works from Forceworks” business offering. Prior technical knowledge is not required, but the ability to learn semi-technical skills is necessary.

During your 60-day internship, you will be exposed to professional training to help you pass and receive the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals designation. After the 60-day internship, you may be offered a part-time or permanent position on our team as a RapidStart CRM Specialist.

Upon completing the certification, you will move to a Customer-facing role acting as a liaison to our internal Team. A RapidStart CRM Specialist will work as a Customer Success Manager directly with the users of two or more of our customers who have subscribed to our “The Works from Forceworks” subscription service and have selected RapidStart CRM. 

An ideal candidate will be motivated to learn and use their learnings to perfectly accomplish satisfying as many of their customers’ requests for help and assistance as they can. An RCS will not attempt nor be expected to perform tasks they are not certified for; instead, they will engage the internal resources.
