One focused hour to determine whether a specific business process is a realistic Agent Factory candidate.
Workshop format
60 minutes
The objective is to evaluate one process—not conduct an open-ended AI brainstorming session or design the entire agent.
Come prepared with

- Someone who understands how the process works today
- Approximate process volume and frequency
- An estimate of the people and time involved
- A list of the principal systems and data sources used
- Examples of typical inputs and outputs, where appropriate

Consider Customer-Funded Development
The agent may be technically viable but not suitable for Forceworks-funded development. The customer may consider The Works or Development Blocks.

Do Not Proceed
The process does not currently appear technically or economically suitable.
Proceeding to underwriting does not obligate either party to build or purchase an agent. Development begins only after the parties agree to an Agent Schedule defining the capability, success criteria, subscription, responsibilities, and applicable terms.
